I was on the way to work and I stopped into Guaranteed Auto. I was looking for a car for my daughter for back to school. I ended up buying a 2011 Yukon Denali XL for myself from these guys. They were great!!! They are also helping me find a car for my daughter as well.

Purchased a 2008 Mercury Milan from Mike, great place to do business.

Went shopping for a SUV, ended up at Guaranteed Auto. They had what I wanted, 2003 Chevy Tahoe. Love it - great place to do business.

I was looking for a car under $4,000 - I went to Guaranteed Auto and they had several to choose from. I bought my car and was gone in less than an hour. My salesman was friendly and helped me get the right car at my price. I would definitely recommend them.

I purchased a 2003 Infiniti G35 from them in August. They found the car I was looking for in Florida and had it shipped up here for me. They handled the entire process fro me. Highly recommend.

I wasn't happy that Guaranteed Auto did not give me the refund of my money when I never took possession of the car. The car caught on fire inside the car carrier when being delivered. It was delivered with no temp. tag or title. No documentation can be done since I haven't signed anything yet. When the dealer cannot issue a temporary tag the d ealer did not sell the vehicle. Plain and simple! I posted this incident as a guide to other consumers, so the information I provided will benefit others and may help them make sound consumer decisions especially in dealing with this particular Dealer.

Pat and Caroline are the best. They helped me get a car and also helped with some minor flaws in my vehicle. They went out of there way to make sure I was fully satisfied and Im very grateful for their help.

I LOVE THEM!!! Small business, attended by the owners, the sales lady is great too! Good inventory with low miles, and many finance programs!!! I had a Repo before, and I got apporved anyway!!! I recomend this place 100% and I will come back for sure!! :)

This place was definitely less expensive and more friendly than any of the other buy here places that I have dealt with in the past. Although my credit is not the best, they treated me with respect and trust and I really enjoy dealing with the owners. They were willing to work with me and I drove off very satisfied. I have not had any major problems with my vehicle or my payments, which are lower than what I paid with a major auto company. I definitely recommend this place. Plus my car will be paid off in three years!!!
