        Overall

        Do not be suckered into signing up to pay for public records from the GSCCCA. It takes months to cancel the account and even after it should be cancelled they will continue to bill you, feigning paperwork problems and revising the due dates of various items. How the State of Georgia allows this breach of public trust (forget service) to continue is unfathomable and a travesty.
