I have never been so mad and disappointed after I purchased a product. I bought a washer one month ago, the delivery team left the washer without installation. I have called costumer service 7 times and went to the store twice, none of them actually fixed it. It was supposed to be fixed three weeks ago, and now my washer is still unfunction. Today is the third time I scheduled a delivery team, and I'm not sure they will call me or not, I have lost my trust to this company, and I will never purchase their products any more.

very poor service center: bought a fridge from Brandsmart Doraville 10 months ago. Within 10 months fridge is non functional. Called brandmart for service and they promised to come next day for service. they cancelled the service 2 times . On calling Kristen at 4763 she would not send a service tech for next 48 hrs. Manager Mr David Magloire is not going to talk to us and now we are without fridge for 6 days. Very poor service customer support... They lure you to buy products but very poor service if items you bought stop working. We asked for loaner fridge which they did not help us with. Dont go to Brandsmart ..
