History: Be Fab - Be You LLC was founded by Maria Horstmann in 2014. Maria spent 20+ years working in the areas of international business and finance. In 2014, job insecurity motivated Maria to take her passion for health, wellness, nutrition and fitness to the next level. Maria's past personal health challenge/experiences, knowledge, genuine interest to help people improve their quality life, and desire to feel rewarded by educating, enabling, and empowering others to create positive lifestyle changes for themselves, feel fabulous at all ages, and be an example to others led her to change careers. Be Fab - Be You cozy home gym has all equipment needed for one-on-one or group up to three people. We also offer house calls. Counseling on health, wellness, and nutrition counseling are done in person, phone & Skype. Our goal is to be a one-stop shop for holistic health, wellness, nutrition, and fitness needs. Meet the Business Owner: Maria Horstmann is a passionate Brazilian born Health/Wellness coach & personal trainer in Atlanta/Vinings. In late 2011, she turned her attention to disease prevention and health restoration as she recognized her addiction to sugar led her to a pre-diabetic condition, how damaging poor sleep, high stress, and her lifelong gastrointestinal problems could be. Health, wellness, and fitness became her passion. Since then, Maria has become a health coach through Precision Nutrition and a Personal Trainer through NASM. To help other win the battle against sugar, she has started on Insulin Resistance Solutions Practitioner program. Today, Maria feels healthier than ever. She has not only reversed her pre-diabetic condition, but also kissed good-bye to G.I. issues and cravings. She cooks about 95% of what she eats.
