Bodyplex Fitness Adventure

Compared to other local gyms, Bodyplex is inferior with equipment, appearance, and how quickly the damaged machines are repaired. There are only TVs on about every 3 cardio machines. They do not have spin bikes on the floor where you snap in your shoes. I emailed the regional manager twice with complaints, the second time being there were not enough free weights for 3 girls to work out at one time. Considering the gym must have 1000's of members, I thought this was a reasonable complaint. She terminates my membership that day, and it takes me months to get a refund for the month that had been paid in full, PLUS they charge me an additional maintenance fee that was charged to everyone 10 days after they cancelled my membership. Not only that, but I had paid the downpayment in full the day I signed up which guaranteed me a year of access. They refuse to refund any of this expensive downpayment. Definitely an inferior gym in Athens. And the branch in Watkinsville isn't even open on the weekends!
