Inc Lincoln Limousine

I booked a car from another company the past 2 times I was in NYC and there service was horrible. I decided to try Lincoln limousine this time and thanks god I never had complain about them. There service is on time; drivers are very polite and dress formal. They always accommodate me with the right vehicles and right drivers. The phone operators are really nice, when I call they already know me and I don’t have to give her my information over again. I always recommended them to my family and friends and they are also happy with the service

All i can say is DO NOT USE. And look at the dates of the reviews - large numbers on the same day suggest they are fake. I used these too and from JFK and after the first trip cancelled the return journey after they refused to return my mobile phone which I accidentally left in the car unless I paid another $70. I took time out of my holiday to make my own way to collect the phone myself. My wife called them up to cancel but they offered us a cheaper rate for the return to JFK. I am always one for second chances but I really wish I had not bothered with this company for a second time.

*The car they sent was again dirty and parks around the corner of the hotel not at the front. Easier for him not us with 5 suitcases.

*The driver was as unhelpful as you can imagine. He did not lift a single suitcase and then suggested that my wife and my friends wife 'climb over' the middle row of seats to access the back as he did not know how to move the seat out of the way!! He proceeded to drive like a maniac to JFK and again refused to help take the cases out of the car. He then argued the agreed rate. The arrogance of this man then came completely to the fore when he asked that I remove a previous non-positive review following our first trip!! Trust me this company does not give a damn and you will regret using them.

Everything was great,try these guys as they will only let you up.

I have been a customer of Lincoln Limousines's now for 2 years and yes they are not problem free but the quality of the service is 5/5, the service and supports is 5*.

Fantastic personalized service, I loved the drop off and pick up from home facility, it made the entire experience so easy!

We rented a mini convertible S for a weekend. The car was delivered at our place at the time agreed, the handover was complete and factual,and off we were.

The company was very flexible with my requirements, and put up with me changing hire details a few times! Collection and delivery service was really convenient.

I have used this car hire many years and feel like family.
