I felt listened to and very well taken care of by Crystal and Dr. Kopyltsova. Im excited to come back for allergy shots!

Her diagnosis and treatment for my cat allergy has changed my life! I can now visit my two youngest grandchildren with very few reactions. Should I experience “itchy” eyes, the drops she prescribed work instantly.

All of the office staff were extremely courteous and professional.
Crystal (the doctor's assistant) was very nice. My wife has not been well and she was very kind and empathetic.
Dr. Yelena was very patient and understanding with my wife and showed an extreme desire to help her get well. If you have to go to a doctor, they made it as nice an experience as possible.

Both the nurse and the doctor were professional, they did explain the tests that I had and the following steps in the future.

First time on this place and amazing experience

Between the doctor and the RN, I had a great experience. The last allergist I saw was not as comforting and I am glad I finally found someone who can help me.

She understand my health conditions and never dismiss them as If it nothing to talk

Dr K has good people skills and inspires confidence. However, the appointment was cut at the end by a staff member who poked her head in and said Dr K was needed elsewhere before I got a clear answer to all my questions. It didn't appear to be a life or death emergency and I was left with the feeling that appointments are timed and interrupted if they begin to go over. Dr's offices are not assembly lines and feedback from patients should be obtained before the appointment is concluded. I will return for care because I trust Dr K and speak up if it happens again.

Dr. Kopyltsova is very knowledgeable, professional, kind and gentle. She has exceptional bedside manners. I am extremely glad that I found her and look forward to our follow-up visits!

We came in with our two year old for an allergy test and right away, Dr. Kopyltsova made sure we felt comfortable. She listened to our concerns and was incredibly attentive - she's a real calming presence. Super knowledgeable and experienced. Would definitely recommend!
