Accurate Tree Experts

I called Accurate Tree with an emergency situation after a storm hit my area. He came right out to assess my tree and gave a free estimate. Although it was an emergency situation his estimate was extremely reasonable. He said the tree needed to be removed immediately as it was a danger to my home and neighbor. Because another storm was impending, he had a crew comeout within a few hours of the estimate. The crew showed up fully equipped including a crane to get the job done safely as well as timely. I am grateful to this company for not taking advantage of my emergency situation. Accurate Tree Service is very fair and efficient and I would use them again and reccomend this company to everyone, they are very professional and experienced.

The last review on here is absurd, are you sure you called Accuurate?? He would never do an over the phone estimate! He couldn't get it right? Seems you must know more about the tree business then and do the work yourself. Babysitting? Do you realize you implied you never got a written estimate, then had to babysit? So you did have work done and babysat the crew? You're review is just not clear. I have used their services for nearly 10 years and yes he gets very busy but that may possibly be because you are not his only customer! Not only does he come out and do the estimate himself its always in writing, it has to be! The estimate is also the work order! I thought I needed one of my trees removed but he said it could be saved and explained how! I call him out every so often to help maintain that one tree. He's very good, a certified arborist and his company well known for giving the most reasonable estimates. I would recommend him to anyone and have. Sorry for your strange experience, but be sure it was Accurate you called before you go writing a ridiculous review which made absolutely no sense!

Very good service. Came right out for an estimate I thought his estimate was very reasonable I scheduled the work the only downfall was their chipper was down but they rented one the job was done in a day and a half the crew cleaned up everything the owner checked out the job himself. The office manager is on top of everything and keeps in touch to not use this service is a disservice. Kudos Accurate

Excellent service. Polite honest and spends time explaining what needs to be done. They gave the most reasonable estimate of the 3 I got from other tree services. Very professional did a great job and even did extra work at no extra cost, my neighbor also used Accurate 2 wks later because they were very impressed....satisfied completely in Folsom!

He's bad. Asked for an estimate, and he couldn't get it right, doesn't listen to what I asked him to give me an estimate for. Then, after contacting him again, asked for an estimate again in writing. Instead he tells me what it is over the phone. I told him I need it in writing. He agreed but never showed up. Then after the usual lies that he's so busy working to come to the phone right now, I finally get in touch with him about the estimate and I get a stream of excuses, followed by, "So when do I start?" Uh! If he can't past a simple estimate which takes 5 minutes to write up, walk away. Not worth baby-sitting.
