Provided by SuperpagesWe have taken our beloved pets (our family) to Drs. Steve and Linda since we moved here in 1999. They are compassionate and that is special but they have a strong expertise and that is equally important. When we have had to "release" our pets, the whole staff cares about us and work to give quality care to our pets and us. I cannot praise the caring professionalism of the staff and veterinarians enough.

Provided by SuperpagesI am taking the time for this review after seeing some slightly negative postings on other reviews sites while looking up thier phone number yesterday. I have used Ashcake Animal Clinic for nearly 17 years with two different cats. They have been professional, courteous, prompt and timely every time I have been there on an appointment, and they have gone out of their way EVERY time I've had an emergency. Yesterday I called at 8:30 AM with an injured cat, they got me in at 9:15, and the doctor was treating it at 9:20. Their pricing is reasonable and on par with other vets. I am a Kings Charter resident, and highly recommend them.

Provided by SuperpagesWe have used Ashcake Animal Clinic for years and they have taken wonderful care of all of our boxers, former and present. Drs Steve and Linda are compassionate animal lovers and very good at what they do. The staff is efficient and pleasant and all have great rapport with our dogs.
We have taken our dogs to Ashcake Animal Clinic for over 12 years and recommend them highly. Both veterinarians, Dr. Steve and Dr. Linda are competent, compassionate caregivers. They are always willing to answer questions, no matter how long that takes. They have treated everything from small cuts to Parvo virus in our pets. The only slight negative comment would be that they rarely run on time with their appointments and the wait is sometimes longer than optimal.
The Ashcake Animal Clinic is overall the worse vet clinic I have used in 40 years of caring for animals.
The clinic makes a practice of not supplying a vet prescription for ordering medicines over the internet. Also, even if you make an appointment you had better be prepared to wait for a very long time to be seen.
The prices are in line with other clinics, but the customer service is so poor, I would not recommend this clinic to anyone.
