The Posh Event

A close friend of ours got married in June 2009 and Gigi took the wedding pictures. As of January 2010 most people (if not all) are still without photos! Entire orders were lost and multiple phone calls and emails are ignored! Some of the money/orders were supposedly sent to a third party printer and disappeared! Absolutely ridiculous! The only action taken by the business owner was after a public complaint was made on Yahoo business pages! Only after 6 months of waiting and then a very poor public business rating did the ball begin rolling again. Find another photographer for your special day (or just purchase a cardboard disposable camera for each guest table - the pictures would probably be just as good anyway). Bad business!

What an amazing and fun photographer! She has become an instant friend of the family! She did both our engagement pictures and our wedding photography. The pictures are amazing! Her website is set up where we have our own personal access to our private gallery and can order pictures when ever we need them. I cannot believe that we were able to get the level of professionalism, quantity and quality for what we paid. We contacted a number of photographers in the area and they didn't even come close to offering what The Posh Event did and were charging double what she did. The photo album she has printed is beautiful! We also had our invites and thank you cards custom designed by her graphic artist which we are still getting compliments on and were cheaper than if we would have gone out to buy generic ones or even made them ourselves. On a personal note she went above and beyond the call of duty when I ripped my train of my dress. She had a little sewing kit and was able to fix it for me right there and then! What photographer does that?! We will definitely be using her for all of our photography needs in the future.
