Lock It Up Storage At Sugarbush Square

Never had a problem!!! Anybody that says otherwise is probably on drugs!!!

Susanne is very unprofessional. I tried to drop my u haul off and she came out yelling bc we parked it with the other u hauls. Treated us like we were stupid and was very nasty. I would never do business with that place if it was the last place on earth. She is a very bad representative of a company. We were told to just take our u haul to Driven on 42 and im glad we did bc that place was wonderful and the lady there has great customer service. Something Susanne at lock it does not have. If she treats everyone like that which since this happened ive been complaining to numerous people and anyone that has dealt with her has said the same thing shes very rude and unprofessional. Thats pathetic that so many people have had bad dealing with her and shes still there. Bad business
