No one is consistent! The first time I went I was told I needed certain info. The next time, here I am thinking I am ready to get my info changed over and now I need more. I had to leave to get a form notarized, even though this was not previously told to me, and I was unable to take the test w/o it, even though the first officer said I could. After the back and forth, I was able to take the 5 min test. In addition, it was not specified that checks needed a local branch address. It was a good thing I withdrew cash (which I never carry) when I left to get the form notarized that I never knew I needed! Smh at the inconsistent service! I hope I NEVER have to go back there!
