so far staff is very friendly but I have not gone for my first real check up.

Terrible. I had a horrible experience with this office. I would recommend this office for senior citizens or those suffering from acute pain from cancer, but as a young person I was regarded with immediate suspicion. I drink a lot of water in the summer times particularly, and was immediately accused of adding water and tampering with my urine sample, which was taken to look for illegal drugs or medicines not prescribed by the office. I came in complaining of breakthrough pain, and was taken off my current medicines and was put on another medication with a much lower dose of medication. As I deteriorated into intense and acute pain, I was disregarded and treated poorly, despite making emergency appointments with the office and showing up in acute distress.

I had back surgery and it did not help the pain in my back. I went to the Carolina's Center and they have helped me tremendously.
