I gave it one star, because I couldn't give it 0 stars. I just went there for lunch; usually just do drive-thru, but this time decided to eat inside. During a very few minutes in my booth, I saw two cockroaches. In broad daylight, in the dining room. I threw my lunch in the trash and asked to speak to the manager. She said that they had changed pest management companies, and that it had been a couple of months since anyone had been there, but "it would be taken care of". No apology. The dining room was dirty; old dirt, not just unwiped tables. I've sent in an email to the department of health that is in charge of inspecting restaurants, but this is a place to avoid. If there are roaches in the dining area, just imagine what the food prep and storage areas must be like!

Dirty and smells inside. Out of everything. Someone call the health department! Food was horrible. Had to wait 15 min gor a sandwich. Very unsanitary.
I was glad to see a taco bell. However upon getting our food it was so greasy and looked like it wasn't cooked all the way. so we threw it out and went to subway.
Very disappointed. I visited this location on Wednesday night, 1/11/17, at 5:45 pm. I sat at the window in the drive through literally 7 minutes before they even took my money. Simple order, 2 burgers, 2 fries and 2 drinks. There was one lady that walked in to the lobby while I was in the drive thru. Otherwise, store was deserted. From order to completion took 13 minutes. Wayyyy too long. One gentleman handling both areas. Drive thru got backed up after I got there and he called a manager from the rear of the store to help him. 2 managers were on duty and one worker. Manager had an attitude when he called for back up. Very poor management!! This is my 5th visit.....tried to give benefit of a doubt but poor service every time!!
I ordered over the phone and was placed on hold for a few minutes. No big deal. Might be a busy night. The guy just says "sup?" When he finally answers. I place my order (steak and cheese on white with only mushrooms mayo and american cheese) and am interrupted a bunch while he slowly records my order, which I repeated slowly 4 separate times. I repeat the order one final time after he tells me "it'll be like 9" me: "like...9 dollars or 9 minutes?” I get there and buy my order and repeat my order again to make sure they had gotten it right as I was pretty doubtful. The guy reassured me and I left. When I get home the thing has mustard, onions, green peppers and is on wheat. Really?! It was almost tasty and large enough to be worth the $10 but definitely not after messing up that simple of an order. Oh and get this: there was one person in the store eating and 3 people working. Won't go there again.
Lot of crowd ! Food was good. Service was slow.
I have eaten at the fletcher exit Hardee's for years and have Ben let down more than once when this one in Arden opened up I was elated mornen crew is top notch evening crew just the same store was always clean even bathrooms food always fresh got my order messed up a time or two but were very help full and fast to correct my issue
its convenient from home to work,but since Shoneys closed,all of McDonalds trash is in thier old parking lot. The trash can out front is full and running over with McDonalds trash. This morning I went thru the DriveThru about 8 am and the maintainence guy was blowing trash and leaves out into the road and over onto the Shoneys parking lot. I was hoping he would pick it up later but I came back by and seen the same trash still there. Not a good practice. Should be embarassing for McDonalds.
