i spontaneously booked an appointment with erica and it was beyond what i could have hoped for! i really believe we hold trama in our bodies and sometimes need help releasing it. this felt like much more than someone giving me tingly feelings through needles. i feel like i got rid of energy that hasn't been serving me for years! there's no instant fixes in this world (even though we're told everything should be instant) but whoa, that was an experience i will never forget! thank you erica! highly recommended to anyone near or far, worth the trip!
