Budget Truck Rental

THIEVES! Rented a Budget moving truck from New Hampshire, drove it to Arundel Maine and chose B & B to return it to. Since the drive was only an hour an a half, we hardly used any gas. However, we filled the tank up before returning the truck. The truck was due back on a Friday at 10am yet we returned it the day before around 3 pm. A week later, I checked my credit card to find that B & B had charged me $65. When I called corporate, they informed me that B&B had to fill the tank up with gas and that we had returned it when they were closed and so had to be charged a drop box fee. Not only did we hand the key to a person, the owner was sitting there having a conversation with my husband at the time! Budget corp. refunded us immediately, however, I would NEVER recommend choosing B&B to return a Budget truck to!!! Totally disgusted!
