This place is dirty and full of flies. Only one employee speaks English and never answer the phone. 1st time we used them in not sure we took home the beef we delivered. 2nd time, the meat was only wrapped once and we were over charged. 3rd time we only had them kill then used another place to process and since Paynes didn't process they charged us $550 to kill two steers!!!!! We were robbed. Never ever ever use this place. Go to Portale or Littlefield, Tx.
