Guy was a complete jerk.... Have an 8 year old vizo and was trying to self diagnosis a little bit before just taking it in and the guy on the phone refused to help me. From my research I thought it might be a voltage regulator and I wondered if this company sold that kind of stuff and or would replace it. Unfortunately the man on the phone was rude and would not tell me if they sold them, or where I might buy them. It sounded like he was still hung over from last night and I was bothering him by calling him at his job. Would buy a new TV before going to this place ever again.
