From the time the manager answered the phone, I should have known this was not a customer friendly business. I’ve spent $669 on an ice maker and last week it went out again. The manger says his company’s repairs exceed the 90 day warranty so this spells success. After spending all this money on an ice maker he refuses to tell Samsung it’s not repairable. He is more than satisfied selling me more repairs that cost $300 + a visit and they last less than a year. They are the local tech rep for Samsung. So sad if this is the best Samsung has to offer.
I was told I was being difficult and he would not be doing business with me! I thought this was odd since I am a thoughtful and kind person to have such a horrible conversation with an office manager. Upon reading several review sites I see I am not the only one who had a bad experience with Corey. According to what I read I am glad my experience stopped with Corey and I never got to meet their service tech, too! I just wish I had never bought a Samsung.
If I could give this company a no star rating it would still be too good for them. These people closed their office for weather, which I understand, however, they never called us to actually let us know that they weren't going to be coming to our scheduled repair. They never rescheduled the appointment and just sent a technician out to our house and we weren't home. When we talked to the office about our issues and how we didn't feel as if we should have to pay for the service call due to the unproffessionalism, but we would pay the labor fee, they became belligerent and then said they wouldn't service us at all and hung up on us. I cannot begin to express how unprofessional this place is. You would think that a small family owned place like this would care a little more about the community it serves.
