Johanna S Salon Salon

Ive been to Johnnas Salon about 4 times now, and while its a gorgeous space I will not be going back due to the unprofessional attitude I encountered this weekend. I had an appointment for a Brazilian Blowout on a Saturday (which is when all of my previous appointments were). On Saturday morning, there was a death in my family and I called to cancel the appointment. The response I received was that they would not give me another weekend appointment so that something like this doesnt happen again. In the end, I kept the appointment because I had prepaid through a local groupon type program and couldnt afford to lose the money. In the past, I never cancelled or was even late for an appointment, but I was told that if I wanted another appointment it had to be no later than 3pm Tuesday through Friday. Apparently Johnna doesnt value the working members of her clientele. Which I suppose makes sense because she runs her own salon like shes playing with her dolls. She stopped blow d
