        What a great dealer... seriously.

        Every employee at this dealership is friendly, professional, and generally cares about meeting the needs of their clients, or soon-to-be clients.

        Especially David & Diandra, (Service Manager & Asst Service Manager) - who were both extremely understanding of my situation and offered to help.

        In short, they agreed to service my rare, older vehicle after a terrible customer-service related experience at another Mercedes Dealer in the area.

        From my understanding, Mercedes Benz of Arlington is family owned, which makes sense, because Ralph (the GM) runs the place with pride and an ultra high-level of professionalism.
