Overall

We were left out in the rain literally when the original moving company we had scheduled arrived and said they were not able to move us in the rain and couldnlt fit us in. We had only one day (Saturday) to be out without paying penalties. Thank goodness we found VIP Moving. They sent a team of very personable and professional mover who got us out moved out with no damage to our goods and saved us a huge late penalty from the landlords. Definitely a 5 star company!

movers arrived late, moved very slowly (im assuming to run up time /hour being charged ) AND on the way to storage facility there was an accident on the highway which halted the trip for a bit...YES that time was rolled in to my move time and I ended up paying 4 hours for a move that initially took my family members only 2 hours..I do not recommend this company ...sorry

Mr. Hall and his team were truly amazing. They paid so much attention to detail when wrapping and handling our furniture. They arrived

ON TIME, and finished doing all the preparation, wrapping and loading in less time than they had estimated. We are very happy with this company, and will use them again in the future, and recommend them with extremely positive comments to our friends and relatives. Thanks again, Mr. Hall.

unprofessional and unaccountable

The day they were coming to move me when they were 30 minutes late I gave them a call.when Mark call answer the phone I asked them where they were at and they said broken down on the side of the highway with a flat tire. I asked them how long they thought it would be until they would be on the road again and they said they did not know because the spare did not work either.they then asked me to come pick them up on the side of the highway to take them to the tire store to replace the tire. Not wanting to delay my move anymore due to a sensitive time issue I agree to go pick them up and get the tire fixed to get things rolling. When I arrived at their truck on the side of the highway they were unappreciative. They try to boss me around as if I were an employee and not a paying customer and not once did they say thank you for coming and helping them on the side of the road. They wanted me to drive an hour back to Wichita Falls to pick up a tire at Discount Tire. At that point I refused to drive an hour back and chose to drive 15 minutes to the nearest town where they had a tire store just not a discount tire. Mark all did not want to pay $200 for a tire. However we still went to the nearest town or I was going to just cancel the move all together. I should have done that anyway. After the tire issue and returning them to their truck with a new tire to get on the road again as a paying customer who was waiting for them to move my furniture to Fort Worth. They finally got this done and arrive early evening to unload the furniture. That is when they decided to not disclose the fact that they had damage the dryer. When I went to use it the next day I turned it on and it did not properly function. When I contacted mark call to ask him about this issue he would not take accountability for the dryer and try to claim it was already in that condition. The condition it was in the four was a functioning undamaged non dented state. in my experience moving companies inspect the items as they love them to avoid any types of fraud situations or just to note any damage to item so that they are not held responsible after the move. He then offered to return to my apartment and try and fix the dryer. If you truly did not damage the item you would not offer to come over and try and fix it. This offer was further acknowledgement of the damage they had cause to the dryer. He refuses to replace or fix the dryer to where I have a operational machine. I do not expect him to purchase an expensive dryer for I did not. All I want is him to buy me a functioning dryer to replace the one he damaged and is no longer usable.

Please avoid this company. They are VERY UNORGANIZED AND UNPROFESSIONAL! The company should change their name from VIP to VDP Moving. Because you will be a VERY DISAPPOINTED PERSON when you see the condition of your furniture. Had some furniture delivery to my house. The tore up practically every piece of it! Called the owner M HALL @ 972-849-7491 on numerous occasions with no success! RUN!!!!!!!!! from this company you will only have regrets. I gave them one star because the grading system would not allow me to not give VIP Moving a half of a star. PATHETIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very unorganized company!!! I hired them to pick up furniture that I purchased and deliver it to my home. They first called to tell me it wasn't there when it actually was...I called to let them know this and the "boss" acted like he'd never called me to say that it wasn't there. That was strike one. Then while I'm waiting for them, the same guy calls me and asks me if I needed their services for pick-up or delivery...WHAT??! Uh yea...you supposedly have my furniture. Then he says oh okay...so we've talked with you before ma'am? That was Strike two. Then the guy who he had actually making the delivery called to let me know he was one his way. I say, great...see you soon, do you need my address? He smart-assedly (yes, I made that word up) responds…Uh no, it'll be on your receipt when they give me your furniture. Two hours goes by and I'm STILL at home waiting...then he calls and asks Uh, what's your address? *facepalm* at this point.



VERY unorganized company!!! Please, get it together if you expect to have a successful business!!! A LOT of unnecessary stress for the customer!!

They were on-time, helpful, friendly and professional. They did the job efficiently and effectively within the time frame promised, including the break down and re-assembly of some pieces of furniture. The price was great and well worth it!! I was impressed. They were great!!
