The Olympic Club Apartments

HERE IS AN IMPORTANT UPDATE!!! these apartment will be taken over by a new management soon lets hope it works for others but for me ... I have lived here since April have not bother any one. There is many Multi Culture here and most don't speak a lick of English nor does the office. You call the office they NEVER return calls. The apartment is beyond disguising with trash from the kids that are UNATTENDED which they are suppose to be. Every morning there is a lady that digs through YOUR trash yes your trash!!! NO one is allowed outside after 10pm like we are in prison really?? People speed in the area hits your car leaving dents on them with nothing or anyone to help repair the cost. Automatic Fence is BROKEN and don't look like they will fix it. half of the building has screen the other half don't. Your wires to your stove in nut tied along with wires in the walls as well. I have called and called City of Arlington but not much i could go on. Walls in my apartment looks like it is about to cave in and my where the AC is at in the bathroom LEAKS.They are quick to give you a violation and have you evicted they don't want to work with you at all and cant show you no proof of the charges. I am a single mother of two and because i had my oldest stay with me for a while in for now i am being threaten of violation!!! and they said my child is NOT allowed to return are you Fcking Serious that is my child Really come on now there is like 5 guys in one apartment but they are so concerned about us with 3 people a mother and her two kids - Get a Grip this place is a joke .... really a joke they will mess your rental history up just like there are doing mine. Future resident WRITE EVERYTHING DOWN !! or you will be on the street to.
