St. Andrews At River Park Apartments

The staff at this property acts as if they can do no wrong, however, the property itself is in much need of attention. During our one year lease, we had to request service for our heater going out in the middle of the winter 5 times till they finally decided to put in a new one. We also had water leaking through the ceiling in above our bathtub which they thought they fixed the first time.



The staff is very impersonal and almost always impossible to reach. They blame it on being understaffed. If you do get a member of management on the line, they are cold and detached in the sense that they are merely an extension of the contract.



If you do live here, be prepared to hear "I'm sorry, we're doing what we can."



The gates give a false sense of security because they are broken half the time. During the summer time, all kinds of people show up and throw parties at the pool without being residents.



I normally don't give reviews, however, I feel obligated to let people know what they are getting into. Although the property looks attractive from visiting during the day, beware of the underlying issues.
