Overall

I owed one of the doctors from a hospital stay before Cardio Partners even existed. I do not remember meeting this doctor and was told that he read my heart echo in the hospital. I owed 250.00. So after protesting, I agreed to pay monthly and asked for a statement every month. I was told that they would send it via email. I never got an email but I did get a statement that was more ( I had already paid some of the 250.00) than I was told. When I inquired about the amount, I was told that they didn't charge the correct co-pay. I have asked numerous times for an itemized statement...they tell me that they sent an itemized statement...it is not...it is simply a statement....they said that they sent emails....if they did, I did not receive them. The office manager told me that she would look into it because she couldn't figure it out either. She never called. They sent a letter informing me that I am no longer a patient of theirs...I protested but on second thought....and after reading these reviews...I will find a better doctor and a more honest and competent office staff. I don't need the aggravation.

I have been a patient with Car...

I have been a patient with Cardiology Partners for over 3 years. Within the past week, I have been informed that they would NOT be able to schedule any more tests or doctors appointments as my account balance was to high and exceeded the maximum amount allowed. My balance on my account is $238. I was informed that I had another account with them that had been closed and sent to a collection agency that had a balance of $1500. To which that was the first time I had heard of the other account. I have insurance that pays them faithfully and I pay them a monthly amount every month. I have a pacemaker/defibrillator and I was forced to sign a promissory note to receive medical treatment. Its has been more than 2 years since I have had any tests completed and now they are refusing to doing any tests until they are paid in full, medical necessity has been set aside. My personal opinion, Money is more important to them then taking care of their patients. I have changed cardiologists and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Do not go to Dr Alan Taylor. I...

Do not go to Dr Alan Taylor. In our OPINION he is very dangerous. He did not even realize my wife was his patient and he had been her doctor for 5 years. He starts telling me what was wrong with me. When pointed out, he just laughed. Needless to say, we have found another cardiologist. Again, in our OPINION and our OPINION only, this man is dangerous. I stronly advise caution when going to this CARDIOLOGY PARTNERS facility.
