I give this place 0 stars. They are a bunch of con-artists. They will say anything and come up with fake deals of the day to make you buy. They do NOT tell you that their services are non-refundable. Check their reviews on Measuredup as well. They have the WORST customer service that I have ever experienced. I am making a vow to spread how horrible they are and one day look forward to when they are out of business. That's how deceiving and shady they are. They are NOT professionals. Whenever you call you can never speak to the manager because she is dealing with "complications" How many complications can one place have? Or are they just brushing me off? Either way they are terrible. PLEASE DO NOT GO. And, yes the positive reviews are all from their own employees!! And, I should have picked up on it but the girl who sold me laser hair removal was HAIRY herself even after she raved about her treatments she got at bioderm, so obviously they do not work! PLEASE DO NOT GO!!!!! I moved away and the girl told me I would get my money back and to this day I am still waiting!

Do not get laser hair removal done at a place like this. They do not guarantee that the hair will be completely gone. You will have to buy multiple packages to remove the hair, which will end up costing you more in the long run. If you are seriously considering laser hair removal, go to a place that guarantees that the hair will be gone. It might be more expensive up front but you will end up saving yourself money in the long run. I say this from experience I have had two packages of laser hair removal done at Bioderm and the hair is still there. There is less hair, but if I have to shave at all, than it wasn't worth the money.

Do NOT go here! Do NOT waste your time or money at this awful place! This company knows nothing about customer service! I wasted so much money and time here and was treated terribly by the staff. I am extremely unhappy with Trang and the promises that she told me my skin would have after doing multiple laser treatments. I also had a bad experience with the esthetician/assistant manager named Melinda (I can't believe she is a manager). She was very unprofessional and uncaring of my concerns. I tried to reach her through phone many times and my calls were never returned. I tried to get in contact with the doctor and that never happened. Not once did I ever see him at the clinic or was I able to speak with him. I feel like I was lied to and ripped off of my money! I was constantly rescheduled due to "estheticians calling in sick" or "laser malfunctions". If you want to be lied too then this is the medspa for you!
