They don't train their employees at all. I recently

had to call my insurance company, my doctor, and express scripts all because an incompetent tech couldn't use the computer to refill my prescription. She lied and said my insurance wouldn't fully fill my prescription. I had to worry myself sick and was only able to eat once per day because I was so afraid to run out of my pills, which help empty my stomach. It makes me sick that this idiot is allowed to keep her job when she caused me so much undue stress and possible illness. First, she lied to my husband and said I never called in the refill. Then she messed up my whole prescription. They shouldn't be allowed to mess up someone's life for a week and do nothing to compensate for it. If I didn't need convenient hours and drive thru service, I'd change all my prescriptions but I've heard CVS is no better. Too bad the people they hire are just too stupid in Memphis to begin to do their jobs effectively! That woman could have made me very sick if I hadn't kept up with calling people. If I believed in lawsuits, I'd retain a lawyer. If you're dealing with someone's health, you should be more careful.
