        Worst service I ever had!

        Brought my car in at 8am to get two rear rotors and brakes put on. Plus oil change and didn't get my car until 4pm. I sat here for 8 hours like l work here. Never again!

        flat fix?

        I agree with Mr. Pryor below. I took a tire and wheel in to have a flat fixed with a huge screw in the tread. The worker explained after he had taken the tire off the wheel that he could not see that the screw had penetrated through. I told him that it obviously had penetrated because the tire was losing pressure. He decided to use a 1/4 inch drill bit to drill a hole completely through the tire. This was entirely too large of a drill bit to get the job done. I ended up with a patched tire and large hole that made the patch highly suseptible for failure. The tire was not rebalanced correctly either after it was reinstalled on the wheel. The old wheel weights were still on the wheel with new wheel weights installed. The correct way to balance a wheel and tire is to remove the old wheel weights prior to putting on the balance machine. After this type of service, I would never trust them to do any work on my vehicle of any kind.

        Let me start out by saying that I've only gone to them for work dealing with tires. In such an occurrence, not only did they patch a slow leak on a tire on my wife's car, they reduced the cost on a rotate and balance on my truck. Two of the tires were worn to the point that the balancing procedure would have been ineffective. Instead of charging me the full $30 for the procedure, they balanced the two best tires, put them on the front of the truck for adequate steering, and charged me $15. Most other shops would have probably done the unnecessary work and charged me the full price. That the kind of work that keeps loyal customers coming back!

        I took my car to this location to have the timing belt changed. Afterwards it still needed adjustment but they assured me that everything would be done correctly until I was satisfied. They worked with me on my schedule to get it right. Even if they charge a little more you count on them to stand behind their work.
