Auto Glass Plus Inc

I wanted to write a review a few months ago but we all know how that goes. Well I'm writing one now because of my second interaction with this company. My first experience with them was when I had my car broken into and they where able to get me in and fixed up so I didn't have to miss any work. The second time I had something fly off a truck while going down the highway and hit my windshield and shatter it. I called them and they got me in ASAP and out the door within a couple hours. They're super friendly and really seem to care about the customer. I highly recommend Auto Glass Plus...

Tuesday, 05/25/10 I called Auto Glass Plus for a quote for a shattered rear window. Cory quoted me a better price than the 1st establishment I called. He was polite & friendly. He said he could come out to my work and replace it there. Due to the threat of rain, I brought it to the shop. He handled the insurance claim for me. Not only did he replace the window, he made sure he vacuumed out the gazillion pieces of glass from inside the car. Service with a smile!

I used Auto Glass Plus for a winshield replacement and a power window problem . It took two weeks to get the part and when it came in it was the wrong part . I mildly complained about this and was told ,by the "owner",I believe his name is Cory,That "I don't give a @#$% to be honest with you" .He had combative attitude and a threatening manner. I would NEVER use this company for my glass needs again.
