        Overall

        Song started off being a friendly agent who was very responsive. However, once when we were a bit hesitant about going through with the purchase, he became sour and unpleasant to work with. He placed pressure on us and made us feel bad about being questioning the property. First of all, buying a home is a huge purchase. You can't just say I want to return the home. With that being said, we decided to go through with the transaction and he was still unpleasant to work with. He didn't care to explain the paperwork during the signing process. In addition, when we got the house he told us to pick up the keys to the house, instead of opening the door to our new home. He just gave a vibe like either buy the house or don't waste my time. He lacks professionalism and common courteous.



        I would not recommend him because not only was he difficult to work with, even his brach manager was made aware of this activity and she never reached out to help ease the situation.
