IF I COULD GIVE THIS "company" NO STARS I WOULD!! They are a bunch of frauds! They don't repair anything and if they try to it's usually themselves and don't know what their doing! I had plumbing issues for 8 months during my duration of living in a unit and when I got tired of the bull n started to withhold partial rent until it was fixed, they served me with an EVICTION notice!! I fought it and unfortunately I didn't win cause I didn't have enough evidence according to the judge, however shortly after the judgement was made a pipe from my bathroom in the unit had busted n caused a leak and hole in the ceiling below my unit and into the laundry room! Then to top it off I received papers for another bill outside of court for a bunch of bogus charges of work that wasn't done! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY WHAT SO EVER!! MIMI BRIAN AND KRIS ARE ALL FRAUDS!
