We arrived at the mall at about 3 p.m. on Saturday the 11th of July. I noticed the lady in glasses who we know was talking to the guy selling games outside Gap. I walked into Gap Body first and looked at the underwear and found a few pair I thought would be neat. I noticed a young lady wearing a name badge was watching me. I walked to the fitting room and tried a robe and some other things on.
I then came out and went into the regular Gap store and was confronted by the lady in the glasses. "Ma'am my employee says you have caused some problems, please leave our store."
I was shocked. I explained that I did not do anything. She demanded that me and my husband leave the store.
My husband went into the store by himself on the 13th and listened to her talk. She was explaining to another employee that she feels she regularly needs to get rid of the riff raff and does not like to take care of poor people.
My husband bought a scarf set and the robe I was looking at. We spent about $55 dollars.
Please talk to this manager about her attitudes.
