Ashraf Abbas, MD is a family medicine physician with Ascension Medical Group. Dr. Abbas is board-certified in family medicine. He provides primary, preventative, prenatal, pediatric, geriatric and women's health care to people of all ages. He is able to perform colposcopies, as well as a variety of other in-office procedures. Dr. Abbas has a special interest in prenatal care, in which he has received special training. He is a strong proponent of approaching his patient's health as a team, where patients are integral in deciding their treatment plans. Health and well-being are multi-dimensional and each patient will require different approaches to improve his or her care. Dr. Abbas looks forward to building a strong, long-term therapeutic relationship with his patients to encourage optimal health. Outside of the office, Dr. Abbas enjoys biking, volunteering, vintage watches and exploring other cultures through the culinary window.
