Inexperienced and overpriced! We hired BDW to grout our newly tiled floor and they ended up ruining our brand new floor. Grout was uneven, some areas were not filled completely. The grout color did not match throughout, some areas were darker and some lighter. They talked us into purchasing new baseboards and there was a huge misunderstanding on the price. We were never given a written quote, it was all discussed over the phone (we learned our lesson). Not only did they charge us a ridiculous amount for the labor and installation of the baseboards, there were gaps between the board and the tile. We had to hire someone else to finish the caulking. They promised us the job would be complete within 2 days, but it took over a week. We are extremely disappointed with their service. We basically paid $2400 for them to ruin our brand new floors. We do not recommend this company.
