They offer a wide variety of products and offer a level of customer care and satisfaction that you simply do not get with "Big Box" stores. i have been getting parts from here for a long time and i never had problems with bills small engine. it is a great place to go. bills wife jan is a great parts finder she would do anything to find you the right part. bill is a great guy to joke around with. i like to go there to just shoot the brezze with them.
