Bill and Ron are very helpful and knowledgeable. They have always taken care of me. They offer a wide variety of products and offer a level of customer care and satisfaction that you simply do not get with "Big Box" stores. There is no other place I would go for my outdoor power equipment needs. I recommend Bills Small Engine Service whenever I get the chance.

Provided by SuperpagesHad a horrible experience. They kept the mower for over a month. They also did work without notifying us about this, and did not tell us about the cost before it was done. When I went to go pay the bill, the lady who was checking me out to pay got really nasty towards me. When I asked about certain charges, She started cussing at me told me quote "you don't know what we do so don't tell us how to run our business." Then told me to "F" off. I will not be going back there ever again. Horrible people! horrible business!

i have been getting parts from here for a long time and i never had problems with bills small engine. it is a great place to go. bills wife jan is a great parts finder she would do anything to find you the right part. bill is a great guy to joke around with. i like to go there to just shoot the brezze with them.
