Triangle Window Tinting

While they may be professional, god forbid something happen. I took my week-old Infiniti to get tinted and the tech melted the window liners on the outside. I brought this to Rikki's attention, who said they'd fix it. Since then he has not returned my calls and when I do get him, while he's very nice, it's obviously lip service. He says he's trying to get ahold of the guys to fix, and he'll call in a couple hours. No call back. Ever. For 3 weeks. If you claim great product and service, stand by your work and fix it when there's a mistake. Be communicative and certainly call your customers back. Sorely disappointed and would not recommend anyone to them based on their terrible handling of what should be an easy fix from a workmanship error.



EDIT: After posting this review, Rikki got back ahold of me and apologized as his daughter had been in the hospital. After some communication errors, he finally arranged for me to take the car to infiniti to get it fixed. In the end, all worked out, but it was a pain getting there. The tint job itself is good.

I took my husband's 2011 Infiniti to Triangle window tinting as a surprise to my husband. I was absolutely satisfied with the work that was done and my husband was ecstatic! I would recommend them to family and friends. Job well done!

These guys were efficient and helpful. I brought my car in to browse for some window tinting. They had me sold and out the door in under 2 hours. Very high tech, very clean shop. I highly recommend it to anyone.
