General Info: We serve the Raleigh, Durham, Chapel-Hill area of North Carolina. We use Japanese water stones to apply a gentle convex edge on the blade and then the knife is stropped to remove burrs and polish the apex of the blade. The result is an extremely sharp knife with an edge that is resilient and easy to maintain.
