        Very professional people over there. Went above and beyond to make sure that I was certified before my card expired. Same day! Also, the address displayed here is incorrect.

        Went there today and they werent opened as they advertise their hours being open til 7. It was 4pm and state walk ins welcome or else i woulda called prior to driving out there from san tan valley. Decent place but business wasnt open so i went else where. Also there addrress isnt even correct so i wastes my dam time. I found a spot right down the street that got me in and out in less than 30 min. I think the name was independent wellness or something like that
