Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Thats weird. I had a similar experience. I bought a playstation 3 off of my friend and soon after it broke. I took my playstation down to best buy and they told me I could not return it since I was missing the box and reciept . I could not believe they would not do an exchange for me. Its not like its any extra effort for them. I was very dissapointed, and decieded I would never shop at best buy again. Service isn't what it used to be.

Brought my car to these guys to have shocks put on. I had bought the shocks online thinking I would have time to do in my spare time Ha. So after a couple months in my garage I took car and shocks to this shop. They did good job in short time...how hard are shocks when you have a lift and air tools.



To make my story short one of the shocks failed in a matter of months so.... I go back down with a monroe claim form and ask them if they could help me with claim. The manager flat out told me tough luck if you had bought the shocks here we would do it but you didn't so bug off.



The claim form states take the defective shock to a monroe shock dealer and they would replace defective part. So no $$ out of Valvoline express care pocket... and I told the valvoline guy that I was willing and able to pay the fee for the work of taking shock off and putting replacement on.



This is downright Dis-service at best. I am writing this here because the guy who runs the place is all smiles till you have a problem then all he can say is I'm sorry you didn't buy shocks from us at hyperinflated prices so tough luck.
