I would have given this zero stars but then my review wouldn't post. I had a reservation between 3:30 - 4:00 when I arrived nobody was there. Later I was informed that my reservation had been canceled at 3. After calling and standing around for over 20 minutes the husband finally came out of his shed and was very rude, told us to stand in his shed to get out of the rain but kept telling us not to touch anything! He took us into the office a little while later and then his wife drove up so she could help us. She was very rude too and told me that I had to return the truck before 24 hours were up because she had it promised to someone else. If I kept the truck the full 24 hours I would be charged for another day. I called the U-Haul main division and they gladly sent me to another location to get a truck. I refused to do business with this location. There are several locations within Antioch, Oakley & Brentwood - use any of those instead of this one.
