Great Doctor but awful Nurses/Receptionist. Nothing but rude and disrespectful. Giving me the run around for a week about forms that need to be filled out. Filled out wrong by the nurse 3 times even after I explained they were wrong the Nurse crossed it out and rewrote in more wrong information. Told me they don't normally fill out the WIC forms in the section that WIC highlighted to be filled out. When asked to talk to the Doctor or make an appointment they asked why and wouldn't give me an appointment arguing with me that she filled it out correctly. Also had an incident with a receptionist when I brought my son in for an emergency appointment. I stood at the receptionist desk while they ignored me and talked amongst themshelves about how they couldn't wait to leave for the day. I waited until they were done talking about personal matters before they would help me. Would NOT recommend this place. Love my sons doctor but the staff is just rude, disrespectful and act like the patients are a bother when they walk in. What good is a great Doctor if you can't get a hold of him because of his staff!
