I currently live in this location and I can wait to move if you are planning to move here please make sure you DO NOT move to the top floor. It is very hot and i mean steaming hot my husband is in the military and we had to move there in a rush so i did not have time to look is horrible speacially now in the summer time is like 90 degress out side and my aptment is like 80 not even liying. I called the office several times for this matter and they claim that the temperature is fine not when you a have 1 year old in the apartment burning, I'm sick of the situation also parking is horrible i purchase a vehicle recently and i was not able to get the sticker for parking since me and my husband work office hours and i called them they said they will send a temporary permit to my apt she assure me that they will not tow my car and my car was gone the next day without notice and they will not be responsible for it, i really only had bad experiences with this apartments i had my car towed twice, horrible temperature conditions and you also have to buy your own blinds!!!!! really if you want to move here please research other options first.
