We left our house in a MUCH better state than what it had started at. On walk through this was confirmed. 45 days later, we have still not received the security deposit but have been told a partial amount (which they will not say how much) has been shipped. They did not supply us a written notice of charges against the deposit within the 30days (as per lease) and this is the second time they have 'said' it is in the mail-- the first time was a complete lie two weeks ago and we can only assume the same this time.



They will not fix anything wrong with the home you are renting. They have dodgy handymen at best that may or may not arrive after several attempts to contact them.



Do not rent a property from them nor let them manage one. They are absolutely horrendous on all counts.
