Kim's Tailoring

I brought my winter coat in for some minor repairs: patching a hole in the arm and repairing a hole in the pocket. They did a very sloppy job with the patch, they fixed the wrong pocket, and they ended up taking some of the lining out of my coat to fix the pocket but did a very sloppy job sewing the lining back in. I had the same coat fully relined last year for about $80, and Kim's tailoring wanted to charge me $39 for making my coat look worse than it did before I brought it in for repairs. I could have done a better job myself.
