I am writing this respond for bad review you wrote on here in this review For Angel Care Transportation, LLC. We take this very seriously and obliged to comment on this post.

Angel Care Transportation, LLC. Is owned operated locally in Ann Arbor, MI. We take our job very seriously. Our customers are very important to us for growth and success of this company.

It would have been better if you had done research of the company you used on 02/11/2014. Because, we don’t service the area of where you reside, Caro, MI, which is 131mile away from Ann Arbor, MI.

Our employs are professionals, courtesy and well mannered. That is what makes our company different than other companies around this area.

I have had nothing but exceptional experiences with Angel Care. Their drivers have gone out of their way to reduce bumps and jostling by going slowly, leaving extra time when pulling out of a driveway, and avoiding or being extra gentle going over bumps when my dad was having a lot of back pain. They are consistently on time and have been extremely flexible in scheduling. In addition, the drivers have always been friendly and clearly concerned for my dad's welfare -- perhaps because they're a small company, we usually have the same one or two drivers, and they have both gone out of their way to develop a relationship with my dad. When I've used Care Transport, I've had competent, safe service -- but never the personal, human touch and degree of accommodation I experience with Angel Care. And today, they went over the top! We had a communication snafu, and when I called at 1:50 to confirm a 2:00 pick-up, they didn't have us listed today. And a driver was still there at 2:10 and got us to our appointment on time. Thank you, Ben and Angel Care -- you're the best!!!

Angel care is wonderful. They are always on time and right there when I need them. I feel safe when I'm in their care

Driver picked me up to transport to the doctor. Was 20 min late to appointment. She had a little baby in van.almost hit a snow plow. Drives way to fast. Angie is the driver in Caro mi. I will never ride with this company again.
