These guys are unbelievable!!! They are outright THIEVES!!! Let me list all the laws they break on a daily basis.
1) They go to the local food bank (for needy families) and then stock their shelves with the goods.
2) They buy food from local grocery stores and then mark it up 500-1000%!! E.g. IGA mixed vegetables for $3.69 and they sell at IGA for $.49! The majority of stuff they buy from Aldi's and then resell. Aldi's specifically states on their website that their products are NOT allowed to be resold, and N.C. State law also says you may NOT resell products purchased through a retailer. By doing this they are avoiding sales taxes, and scamming inventory to avoid more local sales taxes.
3) They allow the purchase of Alcohol, tobacco, and lottery with EBT. This is a FEDERAL CRIME.
4) THE younger guy "Ray" also rings up EBT purchases as a standard sale with tax. EBT is NOT TAXED. He then cancels the sale after the customer leaves and runs it correctly with no tax and then pockets the tax money he has scammed at the end of the nights count out. Again another FEDERAL CRIME, as well as embezzlement.
5) They both, Siad Rezk a.k.a. "Joe" & his son "Ray", also double and triple charge young children and anyone not paying attention on their EBT purchases.
6) They use Regular Unleaded in all of their gas pumps. Regular, Mid-Grade, and Premium are all 87 octane. This has been verified through 3 independent mechanics.
7) They smoke cigarettes inside of the store, and "Joe" smokes marijuana and drinks HEAVILY in the store throughout the day.
8) They hire illegal immigrants from their native Egypt and rotate them back and forth through Ohio every few months.

This is on top of their piss poor attitudes. They cuss out an average of 10 customers a day. Have blatantly and consistently call African-Americans "stupid n*ggers", and Hispanics "dirty sp*cks" behind their back after they walk out of the store. WRAL is currently investigating them too, watch the news after the new year.

Horrible horrible place. Went in to purchase a pack of incense for $6.00 tissue for $1.00 advil $2.99 washing powder $2.99 and draino $6.99....the older guy charged me $35.00. When I confronted him with it, he made it seem like it was my fault because the price on one of the Items was underneath it. He then through $5.00 at me with. So I told him no I want a full refund. He told me no. I said well I'm calling the cop's because your a thief. He then rushed behind as I was leaving to give me cash. Shouting I am banned from the store. This guy is crazy.
