Horrible! $1,200 just in rent!!!
Only 900 sq ft. No carport! No laundry facility, only laundry hook ups in unit. You can rent washer and dryer. No extra storage unless you pay! Loudest apartments!!!! Walls are so thin, doors slamming, loud music, you can hear neighbors walking and talking on sides and upstairs is worse! Utilities must be paid, water, electric, and even trash are separate bills! Good luck trying to sleep cause there is constant noise! We will never recommend this place. Manager is nice and helpful however can't get maintenance to fix microwave for over 2 weeks now! Not sure what we pay rent for! Get a house instead of renting a tiny apartment you will regret every night! If you move here pay a little extra to get the 3 bedroom and always pick the top floor or you will be up all night listening to neighbors walking (that sounds like stomping), shutting drawers, flushing toilets, running water, and watching tv, or listening to music.

After a long day come and enjoy. A place to call home with no complaints worries and nothing but bliss. If your not enjoying an evening stroll you can relax on your custom patio. Hang out at the pool, enjoy and evening BBQ, or pull out your tablet and relax by the pool with the sound of the trees, stars and the waterfall to sooth you at the end of the day. Enjoy life with everything you need and want just 2-5 minutes away, shopping food and local schools finally within a comfortable driving distance.
