We are physician-owned and therefore deeply invested in our clinic and staff to provide the best pediatric care for our patients.
Primary Care
Your child should have a preventive visit at the intervals listed below. We recommend that you call our office 1 month in advance to schedule an appointment with your child's primary care provider on the date that best fits your needs.
Ear Infections
Colds, upper respiratory infections, and URIs are common terms we use to describe viral illnesses that cause nasal congestion, runny nose, sneezing, sore throat, fever, and cough. The fever usually lasts for 2-3 days, and the cough with congestion and runny nose may last for 5-10 days. The typical preschool-age child may experience 6-10 colds per year. Most colds resolve on their own with rest and fluids, but some may lead to ear infection, sinus infection, asthma attack, or other complications. If you are concerned about the possibility of one of these complications, please have your child seen in our office for an evaluation.
Family Practice
Wonderful experience! It’s warm and inviting from first call to schedule with the admin at the front desk, to our appt with the providers, to checking out. All the way through was warm, supportive, and welcoming. As a new mom, I felt very supported and confident leaving the office after the care we received for my 2.5 month old. It was a night and day difference compared to the care we received from the family medicine clinic we started with. The care we received from The Children’s Clinic was LEAPS and BOUNDS better care all around, every step of the way. I wish I had started here instead, so glad we made the switch!

We are open six days a week, including Sunday. Sunday hours are available to our families who may have a child with an acute illness and want to avoid the long waits and higher co-pays associated with an urgent care or emergency department visit.

It is often difficult for them to follow the advice of their pediatrician while they are being continually bombarded by information and opinions presented by the media, internet, and perhaps by friends and family, about the “risks” of vaccines. As medically trained physicians, our support for vaccinations is based on many years of scientific study and careful analysis of extensive research, all of which support our belief that the benefits of vaccines far outweigh the risks.

For Adolescents Approximately 10% of teenagers suffer from clinical depression. Another 20% experience some form of depression before they reach adulthood. Clinical depression is a serious medical condition requiring immediate attention. Teen depression has been linked to poor school performance, strained social relationships, and substance abuse. Suicide, the most severe expression of the condition, is the 2nd leading cause of death in teens. The Children's Clinic, recognizing the importance of mental health screening, provides the PHQ-9 adolescent depression screen during annual preventive visits, starting at 12 years old. This can be done in the privacy of your teen's own home using the Questionnaire link found at the bottom of the screen or confidentially here in our office.
