Sandra's Income Tax Service

This place is horrible. Sandra Cabrera has such a nasty attitude. She made a mistake on my 2018 tax return which led to me being audited by the IRS. I tried calling the IRS to get it resolved but it was during the time everything was closed and everyone was backed up, I couldn’t get through to them. I told Sandra I couldn’t get ahold of them that this was important. She looked frustrated and kept telling me to keep calling them. She finally decided to call and she was able to get ahold of them right away since she has a direct number. They told her she made a mistake and put the amount twice and that’s why it wasn’t adding up with what I actually made that year. She didn’t apologize for her mistake and she was super rude about it. I was audited for her mistake. I’ve been dealing with this stress for 2 years now and I received another letter from the IRS stating that I owe money from that tax year. I went to her since she was the one who filed my taxes and she said very rudely go to your new accountant you aren’t a customer anymore. I told her I came with her because she was the one who filed this return. This year was the first time I did my taxes else where. I had filed my taxes there with her for about 4 years or so but how did she expect me to go back to her after the way she treated me and on top of that the mistake she made. I get it everyone makes mistakes but she was extremely rude about it and she didn’t even apologize. Save your time and money and go elsewhere. This place is not worth it.
