        Overall

        This is a nice quiet community.



        No loud noise, or crazy people.



        Good for families with children.



        Good schools!!!



        Rent is due on time, no late payments.

        If rent is late, immediate eviction notice.



        Once lease term expires, RENT WILL BE RAISED,

        It doesn't matter if you are here 1 year or 16 years.



        NO HIGH SPEED INTERNET.



        Only AT&T 768kbs DSL, satellite internet or mobile broadband hotspot internet available.



        NO CABLE TV.



        Only Satellite TV available (DirectTV or Dish)
